Join me for a Breathwork Session designed to release emotional and physical tension, heal and calm your nervous system, and restore your equilibrium.  Gain clarify for your life of more ease, freedom & joy. 

Throughout this guided Breathwork session, participants will learn the benefits of the Breathwork practice and  be guided in the skill and practice of Conscious Connected and Circular Breath.

Wendy Ziemiak

Certified Breathwork Facilitator, Certified Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Mental Health Practitioner & Registered Nurse

As a Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Breathwork Facilitator and Registered Nurse with extensive experience in Mental Health, I offer self-care retreats & workshops to help women find

greater self-compassion, self-love and transform their limited beliefs into empowering life choices. 

 

As part of my own healing and self-help I became a student of Yoga and Meditation and

began to experience ease in my mind and body. I learned to challenge my unhelpful thinking patterns that fed my anxiety and depression. I learned to disarm my inner critic and manage painful emotions through self-compassion practice. I gave myself permission to meet my

needs for self-care, meaningful connections, healing and inner growth. And I learned to be

brave by facing my fears about my finances, about being lovable and being good enough. 

This is why now I love helping women to prioritise their wellbeing, value their self-worth

and cultivate self-love.  Join me for a women's retreat where you will learn these skills and practices that assist with healing, stress reduction, self-compassion, boundary setting and cultivating inner peace.
