Are you a caregiver or working in a caring profession? Being a healer, a coach or an educator challenges our boundaries. Learn common reasons why boundaries are difficult to protect. Your awareness and skills can prevent Empathic Strain (formerly knowns as Compassion Fatigue) and burn out.

About Your Guide

Wendy Ziemiak

Certified Yoga Teacher, Mental Health Practitioner
& Registered Nurse

As a Yoga & Meditation Teacher and Registered Nurse with extensive experience in Mental Health, I offer retreats & self-care workshops to help women find greater self-compassion,

self-love and transform their limited beliefs into empowering life choices for self-care. 

 

As part of my own healing and self-help I became a student of Yoga and Meditation and

started to experience ease in my mind and body. I learned to challenge my unhelpful thinking patterns that lead to anxiety and depression. I learned to disarm my inner critic and manage painful emotions through self-compassion practice. I gave myself permission to meet my

needs for self-care, meaningful connections, healing and inner growth. I learned to be

brave by facing my fears about financial scarcity, being lovable and being good enough. 

This is now why I love helping women to create ease and peace and joy in their lives. 

Join me for a women's retreat where you will learn these skills and practices that assist with healing, stress reduction and growing self-love and self-compassion within.
