Hello, I'm Wendy!
Certified Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Breathwork Facilitator, Mental Health Practitioner and Registered Nurse

As a Yoga and Meditation teacher and a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in mental health promotion, I create opportunities for women to embrace self-care and self-compassion. Geared to women in the caring professions and in caregiving roles to RETREAT from their day-to-day known and familiar ways of being and doing for others and step into a day just for themselves.

My personal lived experience with Compassion Fatigue has taken me on a journey of self-awareness, self-care, self-compassion, healing and resilience. I have learned to recognize my limiting beliefs that stopped me from claiming my life as my own. I make self-care my priority because I cannot serve from an empty vessel. I learned the art and science of Self-Compassion practice that reconnects me to joy and inner peace in the face of living a full life. Women who attend my Yoga & Meditation Day Retreats leave feeling inspired to claim their own lives too, invest in themselves and reconnect with their joy and inner peace.
