As a Yoga & Meditation Teacher and Registered Nurse with extensive experience in Mental Health,

I offer retreats & self-care workshops to help women find greater self-compassion, self-love and transform their limiting beliefs into empowering life choices for self-care. 

​

As a nurse, a mother, a spouse, a sister and a daughter of a frail elderly mother, I have first hand experienced with the effects of Compassion Fatigue, a syndrome of symptoms ranging from physical exhaustion to mental and emotional drain and a strain on all relationships. 

 

As part of my own healing I became a student of Yoga and Meditation and started to experience

freedom and ease in my mind and body.  Through training and practice I learned to challenge my limiting beliefs and adopted powerful thinking patterns that calmed my high anxiety and depression.

I learned to disarm my critic and manage my painful emotions through self-compassion practice.

I learned to be brave by facing my fears about money.  I adopted new beliefs about being lovable

and being good enough. I gave myself permission to meet my needs through meaningful connections, sense of purpose, transcendence and reauthoring my life story.

My journey has inspired me to support women on their own journey to recognize their inherent

self-worth and embrace self-care, through mindful self-compassion, tuning into their needs, setting boundaries with others and cultivating inner peace. 

​
